NO EXCUSES IN 2021! Start the new year off strong!
We are once again offering our January KickStart program to get you moving, keep you motivated, and to encourage workouts- even in the cold weather. This program will challenge you and push you! Workouts are specifically designed to train and strengthen muscles used for running, walking, and injury reduction in those activities.
Want to stay motivated through the cold winter weather? One of the best ways to do that is to join a program so you are held accountable!
All workouts will be held outside at Fleet Feet, rain or shine. Not much keeps us from working out!
Group Workouts: Tuesday & Thursdays 6PM
Registration Fee: $50 + a resistance band for each workout
There is no kickoff meeting for this program. Our head coach will provide final details before the first workout.
