Join us for an interactive discussion with elite Kenyan runner and Boston Marathon Champion, Wesley Korir.
Wesley will share his story of how he left his home in Cherangany, Kenya and became a world-class runner, politician and philanthropist. Wesley has trained with the most elite runners in the world. He will discuss how his experience training with the world's elite compares to typical American training practices. He will touch on key differences including genetic dispositions, training and racing approach, injury prevention, recovery practices, and diet.
West Salem Public House will open for this event at 5PM, presentation will begin at 6PM and will conclude by 7:30PM.
