This program is designed for experienced participants pursuing PR times and competitive placings in age group or overall categories. The goal is to get faster and to establish personal best times. Before entering the program, runners should already be training consistently (typically 4-5 days per week). Remember, "Fast" is a mindset more than a pace. You don't have to be fast, you just have to be ready to put in the work. The coaches will implement speed work, hill training, and endurance runs. You will be prescribed 5 runs per week.
Group Workouts: Monday 6AM and Saturday 7AM
Registration Fee: $200
Program will train for St. Leo's 10K on March 20th.
Limited to 25 participants.
