The Cooper River Bridge Run is the best organized and best conducted 10K race in the world. It includes world-class competition in a unique setting with unparalleled participant satisfaction. Join us in training for this well-loved, southeastern favorite race! Our Cooper River 10K program is designed for the runner that can successfully run a 5K with minimal to no walk breaks. There is an assumption that participants will have had some experience with this distance and will have been training in the weeks leading up to this program.
This program will be offered only at Fleet Feet Winston-Salem.
Kickoff Meeting: Tuesday, January 24th, 6PM
First Workout: Tuesday, February 7th, 6PM
Group Workouts: Tuesday 6PM & Saturday 8AM
Registration fee: $125. Includes everything you need to get ready for your 10K: 8-week training plan, 2 coached practices per week, weekly emails from your coach, program longsleeve t-shirt, tons of support and encouragement from your coach and mentors.
Goal Race: Cooper River 10K April 1st
Race registration: The race is offering a $35 rate for all Fleet Feet trainees. We will provide you with the information on how to register once we receive it. In the meantime hold off on registering for the race. You must be in our training program to get this rate.
Weather: Group workouts will happen rain or shine. In cases of dangerous weather, practice will be canceled.
