Volunteers need to arrive at the race site no later than 6:45 AM.  We will have a general volunteer meeting promptly at 7:00AM, where you will receive final instructions for the event.  The meeting will be held in the pool parking lot, in the vicinity of the volunteer check-in tent.  

What to Expect:  Bike course volunteers will be spread throughout every part of the course and every bike participant will be visible to a volunteer at all times. Participants will be 7-14 years old, and for many, this will be their first experience in a triathlon.  Some will know what they are doing but most will need assistance and reassurance.  All will need to be reminded of safety concerns.  We need volunteers to be active.  Let the kids know where to go, what to expect, and how they are doing.  In addition to being our eyes and ears on the course, a helping hand as needed and a problem solver, be a CHEERLEADER.  Your enthusiasm will enhance the experience of everyone involved with this race.  

Please note that we are taking the FIRST 25 Volunteers who register.  We ask that you double check your calendars before you RSVP to be sure that you are able to commit to the date and time.
