Want to improve your swimming abilities for a triathlon setting? These open water swim clinics will get your ready for shorter distance triathlons that include a pool swim, and longer distance triathlons that feature open water swims.  

The Southern Lake at Camp Hanes will be set up for open water swimming and open from 8:00-9:00am for experienced swimmers to practice swimming and sighting in open water.

There is no coaching at these events; this is strictly a safe way for you to experience open water swimming.
